Terms of Service
Naya is a personal assistant you talk to. These terms are the deal between you and us when you use it, on iPhone, on the web, anywhere. Using Naya means you agree to them.
The service
- Naya is an AI assistant. It helps you log meals and workouts, set reminders, keep lists and notes, and generally keep your life straight.
- Naya's replies are generated by AI and can be wrong. Nutrition estimates are estimates. Coaching is encouragement, not medicine.
- Naya is not a doctor. Nothing it says is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. For anything health-related that matters, talk to a real professional. If you might hurt yourself or someone else, call your local emergency number.
Your account
- You sign in with your phone number and a one-time code. Keep your phone secure; anyone with your unlocked phone can be you.
- You must be at least 13 to use Naya (and old enough to consent to these terms where you live).
- One account per person, and it's yours. Don't share it or sell it.
Your content
- Everything you put into Naya, from messages to photos to logs, stays yours.
- You give us permission to store and process it, purely to run the service for you (details in the Privacy Policy).
- You can delete everything, immediately and irreversibly, from Settings → Delete account.
Fair use
- Don't use Naya to break the law, harm people, or generate abuse.
- Don't probe, scrape, overload, reverse-engineer, or resell the service.
- Usage is metered; we may apply fair-use limits so one account can't degrade the service for everyone else.
Paid plans
Naya is free to start. If we introduce paid plans, pricing will be shown clearly before you're ever charged, and subscriptions bought through the App Store are managed and cancelled there.
Ending things
You can stop using Naya and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. We may also change or discontinue features as the product evolves.
The legal part
Naya is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. If we update these terms, we'll change the date at the top; continuing to use Naya after a change means you accept it.
